Allison & Thomas celebrated their Kansas City wedding in style with family and friends. Their day began at The Intercontinental Hotel on the Plaza with preparations and some portraits, followed by a trip to Loose Park, said their vows in a Village Presbyterian ceremony, and finished the party with a gorgeous Studio Dan Meiners wedding reception.

Before Ali & Thomas’s first look, they were both a little bit nervous. But I think the wait and preparations were well worth the minor jitters. 
I love the colors together. Classic soft whites with the vibrant orchid purple and bright pops of red and pink. And those navy blue suits tie it all together!

At the church, Ali and her parents prepare for their first look.

I love how very close friends the couple had. The very last event of the night that we covered was a special sorority dance and fraternity serenade. You can see how monumentous these events are to this group.
